Whats involved?

Having received your wheels (we are able to remove, re-fit and re-balance you tyres on request) we insure they are grease and grime free.

  ALLOY BEFORE

They are then chemically stripped prior to being  bead blasted to completly clean and remove all traces of the previous coating.

CHEMICALLY STRIPPED ALLOY                                     BEAD BLASTED

We then gently heat the wheels before applying a layer of specialist alloy powder primer, the alloy is then baked in our oven for approxamatly 20 mins (depending on wheel size)

POWDER COATED PRIMED ALLOY

We allow the wheel to cool to around 50 degrees before applying a colour base coat, we are able to coat you alloys in an array of colours and effects this again is cured for around 20 mins

FINISHED ALLOY

Finally the clear coat powder coat is applied and baked  to your alloy this gives the alloy the high shine lustre, durability and long lasting protection

Most centre caps can be sprayed to match your newly coated alloys, if they are very damaged we are able to sourse new ones for most makes.
