Before restoration project

Tractor has been stripped ready for blast cleaning and recoating

Seat has been removed ready for new seat, inner cab padding will be removed prior to full valet and renovation of internal plastics and fitting of new padding

Engine has been serviced in house by our Agriculture engineers

Tractor wheels have been removed and stripped of tyres ready for blast cleaning and powder coating

Parts powder coated in original colours including bonnet, wings, wheels and steps

New seat and cab padding fitted, new rear glass and struts.

Bonnet, wings, steps and wheels fitted after powder coating for long life, new transfers made to exact measurements and colours from a local firm in South Molton Blue Orange Signs.

New flashing beacon fitted.

Exhust resprayed with high temp spray, all internal and external plastics and rubber restored to former glory.

Full valet including light fittings, glass internal and external.

strip down of the bonnet wheels and wings to customer spec
bonnet blast cleaned high zinc under coated with polyester powder coated top coat colour matched
Wings wet sprayed with 2 pack under coat and again colour matched 2 pack top coat
Wheels stripped, blasted and re coated.

Ford Restoration 2012

Tractor came in, in reasonable condition, but with shabby tin work and rusty wheels,

Bonnet and wings resprayed in Ford tractor blue, wheels powder coated with high zinc 790 primer followed by Ford bianco white in a powder coat finish.
